Our surveys are walked, end to end, by time-served roofers — because a lens can't feel a soft spot underfoot, can't lift a lap to check a seal, and can't tell a dirty sheet from a failing one. Every defect found is photographed and located on the roof plan, so the report shows not just what's wrong, but exactly where — and how the problems cluster.

What you receive is a full condition report: summary and condition rating, the pinned and photographed defect schedule, the defect map, and — this is the part that matters — every sensible repair route, priced, fixed, with our recommendation and the reasons in writing. Because the survey is how we'd rather compete. A roofer who's walked your roof and put their findings in writing — photographs, locations, three fixed prices — doesn't need pressure tactics. The report is yours to keep whether you use us or not, and plenty of clients use it to hold other quotes to account. We're comfortable with that; the report tends to win the comparison.

Most surveys are completed in a single visit. We need safe access arranged in advance — we bring our own where needed — and someone to point us at any known trouble spots and sign us in.
